Born in Santa Cruz do Sul (RS), with an Economics Degree from the local university - UNISC, as Accounting Technician he started his career in the tobacco sector at a company known as Tabacos Brasileiros, now Universal Leaf Tabacos Ltda. During those more than 40 years of experience in the sector, he worked in the following departments: Accounting, Procurement and Logistics, Human Resources as Managing Director. He is also an Advisor to CONCEX/FIERGS. For more than a decade, he occupied the position of Vice-President of SindiTabaco’s Human Resources department, where he became the president of the entity in October 2024, and also assumed the position of chief executive officer of the Growing Up Right Institute.
Born in Santa Cruz do Sul (RS), with a degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC), an MBA in Entrepreneurial Finance from FGV/RJ and Business Management from Foundation Dom Cabral/MG. He started his career in the financial area at BAT Brasil, in 1988, always acting in the Finance and Tax Controlling departments. He was an active player in several special operations and projects of the company in Brazil, especially in Santa Cruz do Sul/RS, Uberlândia/MG, Rio de Janeiro/RJ and Cachoeirinha/RS. Currently he conducts Strategic Advisory Services in the tobacco sector.
Born in Santa Cruz do Sul (RS), with a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), a specialist degree in Business Management from the local university - UNISC. With an experience of more than 35 years in the tobacco sector, he worked with Souza Cruz and continued his career in the Tobacco Department at Philip Morris International, acting in areas such as Research & Agronomic Development, Production, Tobacco Purchasing, Planning, Technology Innovation Projects and ESG Sustainability. For 15 years, he worked in different countries like Malaysia, China, Switzerland, Turkey, South Africa, Philippines and in Regions in America. Currently he occupies the position of Business Engagement Manager at Philip Morris Brasil.
Born in Venâncio Aires (RS), with a degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC) and certified by the ICSS (Institutional Certification Institute and Social Security Professionals). He started his career in the administrative area in 1977 at Liggett Myers do Brasil, occupying several positions in the companies that took over from Liggett Myers, now ALLIANCE One Brasil. Currently, he occupies the position of Human Resources Manager. Additionally, since 2011, a member of the Supervisory Board at BB Social Security, Closed Entity of Complementary Pensions (Pension Fund).
Born in Itapiranga (SC), with a degree in Accounting Sciences (UNISC), postgraduate degree in Controllership (UNISC/UFRGS), and MBA in Stock Markets (FGV/RS) and MBA in Agribusinesses (ESALQ/USP). He started his career in the tobacco sector in 1997 and has already worked for the following companies: CTA-Continental Tobaccos Alliance S.A., Alliance One Brasil Exportadora de Tabacos Ltda. and currently he occupies the position of Administrative and Financial Director at China Brasil Tabacos Exportadora S.A.
Born in Ilópolis (RS), with a degree in Business Administration from the Higher Education Autarchy Garanhuns (AESGA), an MBA in Business Management from Foundation Dom Cabral / MG and Post-MBA from Kellogg School of Management / Chicago. He started his career in the Tobacco Production department at Souza Cruz Ltda. in 1996, working in different departments of the company in Brazil. He also acted as Head of Leaf at BAT Colombia, from 2015 to 2018. Currently, he occupies the position of South Regional Manager of Tobacco Production at Souza Cruz in Brazil, Secretary to the board of FONIAGRO and vice-president of the Growing-Up Right Institute.
Born in Santa Cruz do Sul (RS), with a Law Degree from the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC), an MBA in Management and Business Law from FGV/RJ, Postgraduate degree in Procedural Law from UNISC and Agrarian Law from Insper. She started her career in the Legal Field and worked in different sectors before starting her career in the tobacco sector. Currently, she is the manager of Corporate Affairs at JTI, where she takes advantage of her 10 years of experience, along with the previous experiences, to work in a dynamic manner and act in innovative form in the tobacco supply chain.
