Education Incentive to Tobacco Growers’ Children

Social responsibility is one of the three pillars that sustain the sector’s sustainability. Programs developed by the company toward this end stand out for their emphasis on the education of the tobacco growers’ children.

Furthermore, upon signing the contract for the next crop, growers do not only commit to provide education for their children, but they also undertake to deliver to the companies their enrolment certificates (at the moment the coming crop is registered) and school attendance certificates (at the end of the school year).

The growers are made aware of these commitments through the Guidelines Primer and also through media campaigns, seminars held by the entity and associated companies.
